Trey had a post a few weeks ago called "Snow Go Away!" or something like that. Well, it hasn't happened yet. We got outside this morning and there was about 2 inches of snow on everything. It's pretty heavy snow, which has resulted in several downed power lines.
One of the downed power lines fell at the train station one stop up the line from mine, resulting in no trains running for a hour and a half. It wasn't too bad - I only ended up getting to work an hour late. Another of the downed power lines Trey witness the falling of, and promptly called the police department. It happened about 2 minutes away from where he works, but after he called in, it took him another half hour to get there. There is still now power in his office.

At least he got the day off. Sorry to hear you are still suffering. We just have the rain... and the cold... and it's April 11th! :-(
Seriously, it's getting quite ridiculous.
so live further south... it's been a bit cold here the past couple days but yesturday and today it's been getting warmer... and NO SNOW!!! carbondale has it's ups (well at least one...)
yeah, getting to go home because of snow in April is ridiculous.
Note - it snowed on easter here. it didn't even snow for Christmas!!!

You can have it all you want. Please take it. It is too late in the year for snow.
I can't believe that 2 inches of snow caused such a ruckus! Hopefully it'll get warmer here soon so we can wear our skirts and tank tops!
