One of those days

A list kinda day...

1 - Today one of those days where you either stay dry or you keep your umbrella. I managed to do both...just barely. I swear I'm glad I work out - walking against the wind on days like this would be impossible otherwise.

2 - On a brighter note, on days like this I don't actually have to worry about doing my hair. I just wash it and throw it back with a headband. I've found that by the time I get to work it actually looks better than if I actually try to do something with it, so why spend the time in the morning?

3- I made Trey call folks in Texas this morning, and they're all Ok, thank goodness. Trey's dad needs to put a new roof on the house after the storms they had last week - thank goodness for insurance.

4 - I must be a moron because I couldn't figure out the eBay thing last night. Tried for about an hour, and got signed up with a seller account, got PayPal set up and everything, but it ended there. I tried to list an item and it kept not posting. Maybe I should just take my stuff to one of those eBay stores. I think there's one around our house...

5 - I just popped into the office bathroom, and the umbrella that's always in the shower on rainy days is in there, but it looks a little beat up.

6 - Sunday is the annual Donau fashion show and last night I had to go to the store to find outfits. Being small really helped, because it severly limited what I could wear - rather than walk around the store and look for stuff I liked, the lady who worked there found stuff she thought would fit me. She pulled 4 outfits, I needed 3, and 1 was too big. I was planning on being there for an hour, but I was in and out in half that!

7 - Trey got a plant for administrative professionals day. :-)
