Hope is gone...

...for FFG.

I thought she was trainable - she was doing better this week after our little chat of last Friday. One of her ongoing projects is to help our accountant update some of his files, including bills/invoices to the company to be paid, and invoices paid. Yesterday I began pulling receipts to send along with our invoices to our clients, I went to one of the folders she had re-done, and found it was labeled incorrectly - it happened to be folder #713, which has my expense reports in it. Instead of "Viktoria Johnson" it said "Parking Fee." I called her over, asked her about it, and asked her to double check all of the folders to make sure they had the correct names on them.

Later on, I went to pull something from folder 596 and found that the folder was out of order. It was still in the 590's, but it wasn't in the right place. I again called her over, and asked her to go through the drawer to make sure everything was in the correct numerical order.

Now, I realize this could've been coincidental, but the first two folders I need to go to have errors in them that she caused - my guess is that she's going to have made more mistakes. How do you botch up relabling files? or putting things back in the correct order when they're numbered for you already? I don't get it!
