I won again!

I am absolutely honored to have won the first ever Star Blogger award! Thank you Justin & Holly (see the link to their blog on the sidebar)!

Now, something we forgot to tell you about Ravinia – Trey and I picked up dinner at an Au Bon Pain downtown (they had a nice salad bar, etc.) to take up to the park. Well, Trey didn’t quite get enough to fill him up so he went wandering around Ravinia looking for something. He comes back a few minutes later with what must’ve been a 15 inch polish sausage…Ravinia…while the CSO was playing. It just seemed to wrong. I started cracking up, but I guess it was the only thing that didn’t cost an arm & a leg!

Moving on, Saturday morning was great – I actually went running for the first time since I broke my foot! I told myself I’d do a mile on the treadmill, but after a mile felt great so I decided to do another .25. After that I still felt great so I took it up to 1.5 miles, at which point I decided that though I still felt great, that was probably enough for a first time out. Funny thing though – my foot felt more strained after my 30 minutes on the elliptical than it did after the running. Weird.
